Your primary role as an Implementation Consultant will be to support clients through the process of implementing and utilising the clients solution.
We will work with you to further develop and display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exemplary client facing skills. To facilitate your understanding of the product, you will initially work with our Customer Care Team. This will involve gaining a thorough understanding of the solution our customers are using to support their business processes and a good knowledge of the service areas they operate in.
Having gained more experience, you will have developed a good working relationship with our clients and have been responsible for effective and timely communications with both the client and your colleagues. You will then transition into working as an Implementation Consultant under the guidance of one of our Senior Implementation Consultants and Project Managers. You will support the delivery of any project tasks allocated to you. You are expected to display the highest level of professional standards at all times when dealing with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. As an Implementation Consultant you will assist in all stages of the support and implementation of the Impulse solution including, but not limited to:
? First Line Customer Support
? Triage and management of support issues
? Requirements Analysis
? Application Design
? Implementation Design
? Implementation and configuration of the software
? Software testing
My client is a Leading Technology company , they provide software to the DOJ .
1. Implementation tasks and projects may be directly for a client or as part of an internal company project.
2. The above activities are all part of a project implementation and you may carry out or assist with one or more of these activities for any number of clients/projects.
3. Working at my client means that you are routinely exposed to a wide array of technologies. My client is an IT solutions supplier; customers may therefore reasonably expect members of the team to have a certain level of working knowledge of IT systems. Furthermore, having this knowledge helps you to distinguish between technology, people and process issues. You are expected to build on your existing knowledge, particularly where it is required directly on a given project.
4. Software testing is a key part of the implementation and maintenance of the Impulse solution. A key part of your role will be to support the comprehensive testing and QA of the solution.
5. As part of the induction process , my client will provide training on the Impulse Solution and the associated tools used as part of solutions delivery and support so you can undertake your role successfully. Having successfully completed your probationary period your learning will mainly take the form of on the job training and you will be expected to supplement your learning as directed.
