Job Description
Job Title: Software Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £37,000 - £44,000
Shift Pattern: 37 hrs per week (e.g. Mon-Thu 8:30 to 5pm and Fri 8:30 to 4:30)
One of the UK's largest employee public service and reemployment companies is currently looking to build a team for the Health Works for Cornwall (HWC) employment support programs. As a Software Developer you will be a integral part of this project which will deliver training and support for over 5,500 people who are currently out of work in Cornwall due to health, disability or wellbeing concerns.
As a Software developer you will be involved in the full development life cycle in the development of the existing enterprise level CMS application platform which is used to deliver employability contracts. You will be required to use your experience in object orientated programming and code writing to interact with various API's to integrate multiple systems.
Your high level proficiency in C# or .NET will be vital as you use the develop in the Visual studio integrated development environment. You will also regularly demonstrate you experience in Javascript/Jquery, SQL and MVC framework while data modelling and reporting.
Security will be a primary consideration throughout the entire project so knowledge of XSS, SQL injection, SSL and Role Based Authorisation will be also demonstrated by you when required.
