Transformation Manager - Digital Transformation, Agile - Financial Services - London

Transformation Manager available within a leading Capital Markets business. This position is available on a permanent basis, hybrid working (office in London). The salary available is between £75,000 to £95,000.

The business is going through numerous enterprise wide transformation programmes, involving integrating newly acquired business lines, as well as improving end to end product life cycles, incorporating an Agile approach. As such, they are looking for an experienced, Agile focused Transformation Manager who has preferably had experience in one of the leading management consultancies. This role will require variety of skillsets surrounding change management and strategy, and give the opportunity to lead companywide initiatives.

Key requirements:

1. Experience in Consultancy (preferably Big 4).
2. Digital Transformation experience.
3. Agile.
