We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Organisation Design Specialist - Change Management Associate Director to join a dedicated team focusing on the Finance TOM project, organisation development, organisation effectiveness, culture and change.
This role works as part of the Change Management team and will deliver the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM), working with the wider Finance team and the business; consulting, developing and delivering a range of change management interventions that will help our business, our culture and most importantly our people move forward successful. You will ensure that all of their change management activities are planned, tracked and delivered; making sure that they tie up and align to the strategy and all people activity, and ensuring everything we do is delivered with creativity and value.
- The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of organisational design, change management and understands how to leverage key senior stakeholders to implement changes across large complex global projects.
- You will have experience in designing and developing change management interventions in complex situations.
- You will be experienced in human centred design and be able to bring systems thinking into your work to ensure that we understand and connect all of the issues and that interventions run through the organisation.
- You will naturally be able to blend the art and the science.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing change management strategy and plans for the specific assigned project.
- Organisation Design experience from a consulting firm or, an expert within a global organisation desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deliver OD change management interventions - ensuring that everything we do is delivering against our strategic needs, course correcting if needed
- Leads and manages the Finance TOM project requiring change management strategy and plans
- Diagnose needs through various methods, such as focus groups, engagement data, interviews, workshops
- Develop and deliver interventions that meet change needs, working closely with key stakeholders
- Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver segment level change interventions, connecting them back to overall change plan
- Deliver team and individual coaching/workshops
- Develop a prioritised change implementation plan that can deliver the TOM
- Design and deliver Organisational Design, Operating Models, and Change Management strategies, process and interventions
- Align workforce plan
- Clearly articulate the emerging operating model and translate it into an organisational design
- Support the project lead in deriving the operating model service design
- Own the process of running change impact assessments and help fill key parts of the operating model implementation plan
- Own the narrative that is shared with key stakeholders and the wider business
- Works directly with executive level stakeholders, key project stakeholders and is responsible for briefing executive audiences where needed. Is comfortable communicating changes within an organisation to executives.
- Effectively prepares executives for changes, delivers key messages, and assesses changes occurring across a portfolio of projects, creates a portfolio dashboard/view and plans change management activities accordingly
- Maps the dynamics of multiple changes, across various business segments, regions and stakeholder groups, and identifies interdependencies across the project. Sequences change management activities accordingly
- Translates project information and data into compelling visuals that support project/initiatives' business objectives
- Designs and executes communications programs to drive employee engagement
- Builds collaboration between members of various departments including, but not limited to, Finance, Digital & Technology, Marketing, Procurement, People/HR and external vendors.
