Back End Developer/Engineer - Java/Python/Ruby/JavaScript/AWS/Docker

Back End (Java/Python/Ruby) - AWS Serverless - Distributed Scalable Systems - AI Disaster Recovery

I'm working with a AI start-up which has just gained Unicorn status, which means they're currently at valued at £1Billion. Their product is a machine learning platform which allows you to point your smartphone camera at a crashed car or a damaged house, and for it to automatically calculate the cost of said repairs. This has huge applications for the insurance market, and some of the worlds biggest firms have invested in this product.

They ideally want someone with experience on AWS serveless environments.

They're looking for a Back End Engineer to help work on their data heavy Back End systems, and they need someone with experience with distributed systems, data platforms and who is product focused.
The firm is agnostic with the Back End language, happy to have applicants from Python, Typescript, Java, Ruby and Javascript backgrounds.

Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, JS, Ruby, Java, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgresSQL

Required:
-Deep experience with AWS, serverless architecture
-Exposure to devOps tools, Docker and Kubernetes preferred
-Experience working on a product
-Excellent coding skills in chosen language
-Determination to scale up one of the UK's most promising products
