Job Description

Business Improvement Manager / Business Change Manager required for a Remote role (client based in High Wycombe), salary £55K + Benefits.

This is a remote role where you will be required to visit the office approx. 1 every 2 weeks.

My client are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Manager who can manage a team of 4 PM's as well as getting your hands dirty if required.

As the Business Change Manager, you will be focused on establishing and managing a change management framework as well as making things work better, simpler and faster by seeking out opportunities to continuously improve the status quo. Most notably, you and your team will need to be able to customer journey map the "as is" state of play. Your curious nature will see you successfully challenge the why and how and develop "to be" processes translated into robust technical requirements.

Data Governance is a key focus for the organisation and your desire to ensure we have robust data foundations will mean you will continue your GDPR and data governance learning journey.

Providing an excellent and agile approach to planning, you have a firm eye on the current quarter, a good grasp of the next 12 months, and a mental map of the next 5 years.

Leading technological change to provide experiences that customers and staff would choose rather than accept (digital by choice rather than default); and
