To strengthen the team, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Lead / Manager to hold responsibility for managing the Service Desk of 5.
This is a hands-on role and has direct responsibility for supporting existing and emerging ICT services at head office and remote sites. You'll be the person who provides technical advice to the business and will be the key person to configure, install and maintain the IT equipment and services.
This role would ideally suit someone who is currently a hands-on manager or team leader looking for a new challenge.
