WHAT YOU'LL DO
NextGen Ways of Working (NGWOW) is BCG's top firmwide transformation, seeking to make BCG the first choice for talent and for clients. Over the past few years, the team has been on a journey and there has been an enormous effort to build and pilot a collection of guiding principles, best-practices and tools to enable our teams to continue to deliver outstanding client impact whilst working more sustainably.
As our Content Development and Innovation Manager, you'll take a central role in innovating, testing, and continuously improving the core teaming concepts & content that will enable these new ways of working for all cohorts across our businesses, with the potential to impact the teaming experience of our people at all levels.
You will join the Content & Upskilling function within the NGWOW team, which covers the development of our the NextGen team methods and concepts as well as support to the role of NextGen coaches and the Executing officer (XO).
You will work with People and Digital BCG leaders globally to understand the local agenda and shape content to meet the needs of teams across the whole of BCG.
You will also work closely with our L&D teams to transform the content into engaging learning experiences for BCG employees across multiple channels and with our "NextGen embedment" team to ensure our teams across systems have the resources they need to adopt long-lasting change.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
* A deep knowledge of the industry and multidisciplinary teaming settings, understanding the drivers for teams that excel.
* Having a passion for innovation, the future of work, people and teaming topics.
* Working with subject matter specialists, L&D teams and other internal partners to review and curate the most appropriate content and delivery formats depending on user needs.
* Verbal and written communication and are good at conducting user research analysis.
* Excelling in a fast-paced, intellectually energising environment where you can innovate and experiment.
* Self-motivation and are resourceful, looking to find and deliver the best outcome.
* You are collaborative and thrive in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary team settings
* You enjoy working in an agile way and employing new ways of working (e.g., Agile and lean principles, including user stories, sprints, MVP concepts)
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* A proven background within the industry with experience of different types of client team settings OR Minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably in Digital industries and/or in Strategy /People functions
* Demonstrable track record in creating and reviewing content across numerous channels, interpreting data and building hypotheses based on the data.
* Plus (but not required): you have experience working in Agile teams
