We have a truly phenomenal opportunity available for a talented senior Java developer to join a fast-growing dynamic software house! Our client is one of the fastest UK companies to reach Unicorn status; after securing their latest round of funding, they are now valued at $1.5 billion! They are looking for several senior Java developers to join their award-winning tech team as they expand globally in 2022.
The Company:
Our client is a boutique SaaS company operating in the data space. They have offices in the UK and the US but operate a remote-first working policy, so this role is fully remote! They have also ear-marked two new territories to break into next year, so there will be plenty of opportunities for career progression and travel if that's of interest to you. Our client is built around small squads of varying levels of expertise; each squad takes responsibility for a specific feature or project, meaning you have full ownership over the entire SDLC. What's more, this way of working encourages leadership and mentoring from senior members whilst allowing junior developers to also have an active input in the team.
