User Researcher - Commercial Services

Job Role: User Researcher - Commercial Services - London/Remote

Location: London/Remote (travel to London office expected 1 day per week)

Rate: £625/day (umbrella rate - approx. £7000/month net take home after tax deductions and umbrella fees)

Duration: 6 months

Start: ASAP

User Researcher - Commercial Services - London/Remote

Summary:

• Play a lead role in the integration & pragmatic application of design
• Raising awareness of Design Research across the business
• Equipping Product Teams with the means and method for undertaking Design Research
• Demonstrating the value of Design Research

Skills Required:

• Proven qualitative research experience
• Experience running & being part of Design Sprints
• Must be a strong leader/facilitator, as this role will be expected to inspire & lead teams
• Must be a strong communicator, capable of inspiring design/product teams and senior stakeholders
• Has experience coaching/developing others
