Be the system owner for Workday and take end to end responsibility for the following key areas:
Oversee Workday security across the entire organisation Manage Workday existing modules and related business processes Implement new HR modules and new functionalities as agreed with HR senior management, eg Time & Attendance, Performance Management, L&D. etc Lead HRIS aspects of key annual processes such as, but not limited to,Performance Evaluation, Compensation Reviews, Organisation Design
