AWS Sysops Administrator

Client based near Reading - Fully Remote currently

Base Salary to £60/65k plus benefits

We are working with a FTSE 250 client looking for an experienced and ambitious AWS Cloud Systems Administrator/SysOps to provide system administration to their AWS based cloud infrastructure.

You will be responsible for:

• Investigating and resolving infrastructure issues across AWS based cloud services
• Configuration of AWS infrastructure
• Maintaining and managing existing AWS infrastructure
• Managing security and user access
• Monitoring applications and infrastructure
• Providing support to the development teams

Required experience and skills:

• experience of providing support to AWS based cloud environments
• configuration management tools and infrastructure as code - Ansible, Chef, Terraform or similar tools
• experience Windows and Linux administration in a production environment
• network monitoring tools experience
• extensive experience with AWS technologies
• AWS IAM
• networking including AWS Direct Connect
• ITIL
• AWS certification will be beneficial
