Job description
The Workday Support Analyst will work as part of the HR Workday Product Team on the day to day management and support of Workday and related systems. Reporting to the HR Systems Manager, the team will also oversee change activities relating to the ongoing upkeep and enhancements to the system.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Delivering day to day 2nd and 3rd line support and administration of the Workday environment and other HR systems
- Supporting and providing knowledge to 1st line support teams - provide continual upskilling of team to enable more 1st call resolution and accurate triage of issues
- Assisting with the transition of support processes from programme team and contract staff, through system stabilisation to steady-state BAU running
- Supporting HCM areas in Workday, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruitment and Learning
- Serving as a strong consultative partner to HR & Finance teams in service delivery
- Maintaining system configuration across HCM as well as master data values, including Supervisory Organisation, Custom Organisations, Paygroups, Org structure in line with approved changes
- Maintaining master data values in Workday including Job Profile, Job Family, Job Group, Roles, Custom Organization Types, Positions, Locations in line with approved changes
