My Client are a leading charity based in London and they are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.

Your role will be to provide day to day support and assist in the delivery of projects.

Professional/Technical Skills Needed:

  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and own issues
  • Desktop ticket management
  • An understanding of Microsoft operating systems - W10 upwards
  • Active Directory - user mailbox creation and administration
  • Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
