Technical Security Service Delivery Manager - Remote/London - Mimecast/Sentinel One/Netskope/Qualys

TrinI.T. Talent are looking for a Technical Security Service Delivery Manager to join our customers team based in London. This is a permanent position paying up to £80,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key skills:-

• Previous experience working as a senior security analyst with hands on experience resolving security incidents.
• Worked within a customer facing role and are used to talking to technical and senior leaders.
• Previous management experience in leading teams.
• Good understanding of technical tooling and working with technical teams to get the results required to meet customers demands.
• Strong experience of relationship management and quality management standards.
• Experience in cyber security managed services.
• Working with 3rd parties and vendors in order to achieve the right results for customers.

Experience of using 3 of the following tools:

• Mimecast
• Sentinel One
• Netskope
• Qualys
• Okta
• SailPoint
• ForeScout
