Digital Gurus are partnered with a SaaS scale-up who have ambitions to treble in size in the next 1-2 years! After spending the past 5 years investing heavily in their technologies and perfecting their product offering, they have now evolved and are creating cutting-edge software solutions. They have gone through multiple rounds of investments and are backed by huge players, so alongside the world opening again, they are experiencing rapid commercial growth.

They are seeking an ambitious Product Analyst who wants to be a crucial part of the journey, focusing on their B2B side of the business. This is a huge growth area, working on a unique, revolutionary product supporting exciting sectors to help understand their data and customers more.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in an organisation at the start of their journey. It will bring you lots of growth opportunities, as well as being part of an innovative team, who will support and give you the right level of autonomy to shape and deliver!

Key role:

• Proactive exploratory analysis
• Understand and communicate how our B2B customers are using the Products
• Understanding the customer journey through data to improve overall conversion
• Extract the commercial value from the data, to look at wider opportunities
• AB Experiment analysis and reporting
• Traditional analytics, Excel
• Wider analytics tools experience - Google
• BI tools experience - Power BI, Qlik, Tableau etc.
• Audit and maintain visibility on event tracking and key metrics within the department
• Stakeholder management and engagement of key internal and external members

A remote first policy has been adopted, ideally you will be able to be in the office once a week, but they can be flexible around this to at least 1-2 times a month.
