Service Delivery Manager - Process improvement/Automation
Our client, based in the City, are recruiting an IT Service Delivery Manager.
You will be line managing a small team as well as leading them through a period for Transformation
Essential experience:
Strong Automation experience
Background and extensive experience in Service Process improvement
Experience managing teams of 3 - 10 in size and ideally 1st to 3rd line
Extensive KPI/SLA experience
This is a permanent role paying up to £70,000 per annum + bonus & benefits.
