Principal Software Engineer Trainer, Up to £120,000, London & Remote

Are you a seasoned and passionate software engineer who has spent the last few years mentoring and coaching juniors alongside coding in the field? Ready to turn this into more of a career?

An extremely fast-growth tech business are seeking an experienced software engineer and professional to focus more on a training role within the business.

The Software Engineer trainer will ideally have an expert knowledge of modern software engineering, especially around Python, Serverless, Docker and come with a TDD mindset.

This role will still allow you to get involved in a hands on capacity with internal projects but will also involve creating innovative training material to teach and train the next generation of software engineers.

This role is offering between £90,000-120,000 (depending on experience) + hybrid working model, 25 days' holiday, generous pension, medical and many other benefits

In return for:

- Solid commercial experience as a software engineer
