Robert Half Technology is recruiting for a fantastic Infrastructure Engineer position with an innovative and dynamic technology organisation based in Bristol. The organisation is a firm believer in investing in their people, with great progression prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Support and technical expertise to the business and its associated clients/subsidiaries
• Acting as the 3rd Line point of escalation from the IT Service Desk Team to resolve technical issues of varying nature.
• Working as part of a wider team to knowledge share and enhance the technical knowledge base internally.
• Delivering on project requirements with the project teams to plan, design and implement technical requirements across Infrastructure and Application product stacks.
• Working closely within infrastructure team to ensure ongoing issues are resolved to a high standard in line with SLAs agreed.

Required experience:

• Previous experience working as a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar technical role, with experience of the following: Microsoft desktop and server technologies, eg Windows Server 2012 - 2019, Windows OS (7 & 10), Office 365, MS Teams, Intune, Sharepoint
• Active Directory, Group Policy
• Experience cloud/hybrid technologies
• Experience of working in line with recognised IT security standards/protocols - ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus etc.
• Customer centric approach to technical support is essential
• An understanding of network infrastructure would be advantageous to work closely with wider teams - Cisco preferable.
• Citrix or VMWare experience
• Good communication skills

Salary & Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a salary between £40,000 to £45,000 plus up to 20% bonus, 3-4 day a week remote working and other excellent benefits.
