Xpertise have been engaged to locate a Senior User Researcher who would like to be involved with a demanding & exciting digital service transformation.

This will be a solid piece of work, with an initial 6 month contract with a high chance of extension beyond that.

If you have experience in a wide range of user research & design methods and can easily translate these into digestible proposals to teams of Developers, Analysts and Designers this could be the perfect role.

The right candidate will bring 5 years plus practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis and will be comfortable gathering user requirements for web based services.

• 5 years plus of practical experience of qualitative research methodologies, in terms of design, execution and analysis
• Demonstrable experience in taking a lead User Researcher role within a team agile teams.
• Ability to work with web user centred design practices.
