User Experience Researcher

I am currently recruiting for a user experience researcher on behalf of consultancy that is partnered with a leading telecommunications company.

This role is a remote role with only having to travel to the office once or twice a month max.

DESCRIPTION

A user researcher required for performing qualitative user led research and validating concepts. A strategic position working with Sr. stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.

Candidate must have led large initiatives in UI/X area of research and should be able to demonstrate relevant skills.

Jobs to be done are:

Study approach

Tooling set-up

Participant recruitment (working with your GS account managers)

Creation of discussion guides and research objectives

Facilitation and feedback loop back into Discovery squads
