Your new role
As a Technology Resilience manager, you will be part of the Technology Business Management Team, you will be responsible for managing large technology resilience and IT service continuity programmes. The activities include designing, implement, maintaining, and improving operational resilience standard and practices. This position sits within Technology Risk and Resilience Management organisation and partners with Group Risk to organise and drive technology resilience. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the Implementation of the operational resilience framework as well as being a key point of contact who will liaise across senior management, This will likely include managing key relationships with CIO's, Application/ Product Owners, Engineering, Development, and infrastructure teams. You will also be a point of contact for Internal and external audits

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Understanding of Financial Services

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in Information Technology or any relevant fields
• 3-5 years of experience in business continuity, crisis management or technology resilience
• Subject matter expertise in one or more resilience technology risk categories (i.e. cloud technology), including understanding of industry best practices, frameworks, and regulatory guidelines e.g. ISO 22301
• Hand on experiences in disaster recovery/technology recovery with knowledge of standard best practices
• Good fundamental understanding of Cloud technology and its principles.
• Understanding of risk management principles
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong critical thinking a problem-solving skill
