Job Description

Our client is a well-known law firm that offers outstanding services and expertise to its various sectors that they operate in such as private equity, IT, real estate and construction and more. They are innovators and are driven by their core values that shape the way they do business with clients across different jurisdictions.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic AV Assistant to join onboard the IT Team in London to help deliver support to the employees and being the first point of contact to clients and staff when using meeting rooms and technologies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for all staff and clients when using meeting room technologies
  • Comfortable with dealing with people of all levels
  • Provide people with guidance and best practise in the use of meeting room technologies
  • Managing and dealing with high-pressure situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Perform regular checks to ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are fully operational, and address any issues directly or by liaising with internal technicians and third-party support partners
