About the Role

An exciting opportunity to work in a professional services environment working with a forward thinking firm.
You will be a key part of the team, who will be:

- Analysing and resolving customer/client technical problems involving multiple technologies and platforms.

- Implementing and supporting new IT solutions and services.

- Supporting the firm's user base in Glasgow both face to face and by utilising remote support technologies.

- Participate in project work as required.


About You

You should have solid experience with Windows operating systems and hardware in a computer support related setting and experience working in a networked environment with a customer serviced mentality. This role will be ideal for someone who is a problem solver and has the ability to work under pressure.

Physical Requirements - It is expected that this role will require continuous walking, standing, sitting, and manual dexterity. As a role with physical demands there is expected to be frequent bending, lifting, handling and reaching, with occasional pushing/pulling, squatting and climbing.
