Product Designer - Data Visualisation

Requirements:

• 3+ years' product design work experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Experience building and shipping software/applications at the level of whole products/features which incorporate an end-to-end experience
• Strong technical and design skills to promote user engagement
• Strong experience of mapping customer journeys for data and reporting platforms
• Strong interactive design skills and the ability to understand people's needs and define how an experience should behave, considering how this innovation will scale
• Experience using prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work
• Strong experience using prototyping skills to demonstrate how an interaction/flow will work
• Strong Visual Design skills with expertise in typography, desktop/mobile UI, colour, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense, and how these elements impact product function
• Strong experience leading the direction of product and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities and making decisions based on the impact on both people and the company
• Experience representing work to a broad range of stakeholders clearly and succinctly

Desirables:

• Worked for a Customer Experience Management company / advertising company / media company
• Experience in ratings and reviews
• Able to showcase your end-to-end design process across multiple projects that include interaction and visual design artefacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience connecting your work with other cross-product initiatives within the company to drive collaboration
• Examples of leadership in non-product dimensions that have made the team stronger and positively impacted the work environment
