Full Stack AWS Engineer

Role - Full Stack Developer

Location - London (Remote working)

Duration - 6 months (Scope for extension)

Overview

• Deliver configuration and software development to support Sales, Service and Marketing initiatives using AWS and other coding languages including but not limited to Typescript, React, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway and others;
• Use best practice Serverless technologies to enable high volume customer profile and device/behavioural data to be leveraged for business use cases.

Developer Experience

• Engage front-end developers (web, app, partners) to ensure that the API is co-created, that it serves their needs in terms of functionality, abstraction and performance
• Provide comprehensive documentation and self-serve tools to allow developers to understand and leverage the API early (ie in a sandbox environment)

Technical Capabilities

• Pipelines, source code driven change, CICD, broad tech knowledge and experience with SaaS and cloud
• Enable full automated pipelines and testing for all deployments
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Vlocity - is useful
• JavaScript (Typescript) favoured over Java
• Full stack development & skills in working with Serverless technology desirable (AWS Lambdas etc...)
• Strong javascript/python, Angular 8, React 16,Node.js background, networking, data storage, security, cloud platform, AWS service selection and cloud-specific patterns and techs
• Requirements analysis and software architecture design, Azure Devops use
• AWS Serverless development experience - hands-on experience of API Gateway, Lambda (Node) and related AWS services to create scalable and cost-effective APIs
• Knowledge of best practice integration design patterns
• AWS Serverless deployment experience
• Understanding of good API design and design options - ie REST, GraphQL etc
• Leverage AI models/expertise/technology as appropriate to influence marketing automation
• Working knowledge of Amazon Connect an advantage
