Technology Business Partner - £80K - Manchester

A growing financial group who are disrupting traditional finance are looking for an experienced Technology expert to join them on their journey as a Technology Business Partner.
This is a really interesting opportunity to join a fast paced finance company and works as one of four Technology Business Partners, covering their CTO division (Design, provision, integration and management of all technology assets) and being the go to point of contact at all levels and facilitating technology change for an internal division of 200 whilst maintaining and developing relationships with external tech partners.

The company are part of a larger group and are run at a fast pace where change is implemented quickly and efficiently - the right person for this role will be proactive with relationships and look to spot opportunities for continous improvement.

Ideal background and experience:

• Strong leadership capability, executing as appropriate in the areas of responsibility
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders
• Expertise in budget planning, financial management, risk management and workforce management
• Broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies, technology directions, and strategic application to business needs
• Ability to improve operational efficiency and information management across the IT organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others
• Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop direct and virtual teams, driving performance, setting direction and challenging thinking
• Experience of building a virtual team/capability
• Able to get into the detail when needed and stand alongside the team when facing into challenges
