A leading ISP in Cambridge is looking for a talented IT Project Engineer to join the client services team. You may be an Infrastructure Engineer or 3rd Line Support Engineer who is keen to further their skill set and client facing responsibilities, by working closely with clients to determine and deliver their needs across all services. You will be a customer facing technical individual who is always looking to sustain a working relationship by providing a first class service. You will work closely with the account management team to draw up proposals, then choose the required IT solutions required, before delivering solutions within agreed timescales and to a budget. Your projects will then be handed over to the internal Support and Service Desk teams.
Salary: to £40k base, profit share bonus, 5% pension, BUPA Healthcare, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Location: You will be based out of the offices in Cambridge but will travel to client sites. Work from home flexibility will be available.
