Support Engineer, Mac, Windows, Jamf, AWS
We're looking for a Support Engineer to join a ground-breaking Oxfordshire based Scientific R&D company! The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 2nd / 3rd line support to my client's MacOS and Windows environment.
The Role
The Support Engineer with join a small IT support team, responsible for supporting and maintaining my clients overall infrastructure. Working within a MacOS and Windows environment, the Support Engineer will provide user support to approximately 200 users, take ownership of the companies IT Infrastructure across multiple sites and be responsible for on-barding new employees. The Support Engineer with have their work cut out, as this rapidly expanding company is set to double in size over the next year.

What's required of the Support Engineer?
Whilst enthusiasm and the ability to provide a highly-personable service are key, the successful Support Engineers technical experience and abilities will include:
- Experience providing 2nd / 3rd line support within a MacOS / Windows environment
- Experience working within an enterprise environment
- Ideally experience with Jamf Apple management software
- Any experience with AWS cloud, would be highly advantageous
