SharePoint Systems Engineer

This is an opportunity for a dynamic SharePoint oriented engineer to join a fast growing IT Managed Service Provider.

This role will be to provide expert support and SME advice for SharePoint based applications within the Microsoft 365 stack of products. This is mainly around file management and permissions within SharePoint.

They are looking for someone who has supported SharePoint but would like to move their career forward into project work, or within a MSP from Internal IT support.

Other Required skills
- Three years' experience in end-user support
- Two years' experience in SharePoint support, either in a MSP or inhouse team
- Excellent customer services skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- An ability to accurately triage technical requests
- A valid UK driving license
