Harvey Nash is proud to be representing a client that is hiring for a BI Lead Developer to continue their ongoing growth of their data department and will offer a flexible working environment.

The role of a BI Lead Developer will be part of the company's data department and will be responsible for driving bespoke BI solutions across the organisation. As a Lead Developer you will be managing a small team of Developers who work with ongoing projects and you will lead and mentor the team where possible, providing support and mentorship to junior staff members. You will be involved in meeting senior stakeholders and contribute your knowledge by guiding management in the right direction to get the most out of the data provided.

Role Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SSIS for ETL
• SSRS reporting
• Power BI (Or similar reporting tools)
• Previous experience using Cloud technologies is desirable, ie, MS Azure
• Dimensional modelling knowledge (Kimball - Not required but similar tech welcome)
• Experience in a similar position would be beneficial, and experience of leading a small team of developers.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to build long lasting relationships and provide consultive advice when necessary

The client is currently operating a fully remote working model and will be offering a salary package of up to £45,000 including a good pension scheme, health and wellbeing rewards, employee share scheme and offer company discounts on selected brands.
