IT Application Support
An Environmental Consultancy are looking for an IT Application Support to join their team on the outskirts of Southampton.
The IT Application Supportwill join an existing IT Team and will ensure the smooth running of their IT Systems.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Application Support to broaden their skills and experience.
The IT Application Support will:
- Support staff working from home, across the UK predominantly with laptops and some desktops along with their VoIP telephones.
- Demonstrate excellent internal customer service.
- Establish and maintain an effective relationship with external suppliers.
- Solve technical issues with Tablets and Mobile Phones for our direct staff
- Work with the IT Support team to identify solutions.
- Where required, assist direct staff with any technical issues relating to our numerous customer portals
- Setting up new start IT equipment and technology accounts.
- Provide a solution focused service in support of an all-remote workforce.
- Understand both our internally developed and "off the shelf" systems to support the user experience
- Monitor reported problems and report on trends.
- Manage the incident logging system and hit required KPI's.
The IT Application Support will have the below experience:
- 2+ Years of relevant Application Support/Service Desk experience.
- Approachable and enthusiastic, with the ability to solve problems for others.
- Knowledge of PowerApps
- Be self-motivated with energy, drive and a passion for customer service.
- Experience of an incident logging system.
- Have a logical, process-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and have a flexible approach to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Intuitively learn new systems quickly and use these skills to support IT users.
- Experience of Office 365 administration.
- Able to operate with ease in an inclusive and diverse company.
- Experience of working with all devices - PCs/Tablets/Phones.
- Understanding and experience of system security and GDPR.
- Able to work as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills.
This IT Application Support role is paying up to £35,000 with excellent benefits including: 25 days holiday, Pension, free parking and more.
