This client is ideally looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:

* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience of working in an IT Helpdesk environment
* Some awareness of data networking, patching, audio / visual systems
* Some familiarity with workings of laptops, PC hardware, MFD's
