That's why we need you, our new Senior Digital Analyst, to join a passionate team of 12 to underpin and drive RSPCA digital forwards, helping to meet the overall strategic and financial objectives and simultaneously empowering the organisation to evolve to a more digitally focussed one.

The role is based at our headquarters in Southwater, however, we are willing to consider home-based applicants.
What you'll be doing as an RSPCA Senior Digital Analyst:
Creating and developing a digital measurement strategy that ensures decisions are based on in-depth analysis and qualified insights
Optimising all digital activity to ensure that we meet targets for engagement, conversions, return on investment and revenue
Working with a variety of reporting tools to analyse all RSPCA online marketing activity
Recommending and implementing methods of tracking, measuring and reporting the effectiveness of online activity
Providing comparison and insight into reports provided by third parties e.g. online advertising reports, Google Adwords, Google Analytics etc.
Identifying and implementing new platforms, technologies, and income generating tools to uplift digital income, and increase supporters and campaign activity
Presenting report findings and insights to Senior Management, multiple stakeholders, and the Digital team
You'll have:
Extensive experience interpreting and collating complex web analytical data, and using this to make actionable insights and informed recommendations
Experience in digital data analytics tools, including Social Media Monitoring and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
Knowledge and experience of online marketing tools such as Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising etc.
Relationship management skills, both internally and with external suppliers
The ability to present complex information/data to a variety of audiences
Excellent demonstrable strategic thinking and decision making skills
