IT Systems Support | Up to £28,000 | Stockton Heath | Office Based

An amazing opportunity to join a Warrington based Service Desk, supporting users nationwide. This company has gone from strength to strength over recent years, with their IT team trebling in size. You'll be joining a dynamic business that supports its people, championing development, progression and exposing them to exciting new and cutting-edge projects.

As IT System Support you will:

• Log, manage and resolve issues
• Work with the team to find solutions for complex issues
• Support in projects, roll outs, and upgrades
• Liaise with users across various sites, senior directors, and 3rd party vendors
• Assist with patching, fixes, updates, and user acceptance testing
• Support, plan and document system training packages and courses

We are looking for an IT Systems Support with a combination of the following:

• Current hands-on experience supporting users
• Confident supporting Microsoft applications such as AD and Exchange
• Knowledge of ERP systems and order processing
• Able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues autonomously
• Good communication and customer service skills
