Working on an exciting enterprise wide transformation, implementing modern cloud services across the entire organisation that will reduce manual process and lead both people and services to significant operational efficiencies.

Modern SaaS services are being utilised to bring together similar businesses processes from multiple sites around Bristol creating sustainable, efficient future service models. The delivery will need an experienced BA who is excited about Technology facilitating change across people and processes, enterprise wide.

With the focus on implementation of mainly Microsoft applications (which you will need knowledge of), it is likely the greater challenge will be change to process and engagement with stakeholders to define their genuine requirements.

It is a complex environment and you will need to have full change and implementation capability along with excellent functional requirement documentation & design skills. You will need a strong understanding of Cloud services and SaaS implementation. This will be a genuinely interesting programme with really tangible benefits.
