2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support - MAC - 45k

2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support Technician is required by a well-known, global organisation operating within the manufacturing sector, paying up to £45k. The successful 2nd / 3rd Line Desktop Support Technician will be joining a growing IT Team at their Reading Head Office and will be an escalation point for all the service desk as they look to expand their services and upgrade existing systems.

Working in a cross-platform environment supporting both MAC and Windows devices, the 2nd/3rd Line Desktop Support Technician will be an escalation point from the 1st / 2nd line team with all BAU tickets and will get involved.

Experience Required:
- Strong experience supporting MAC & Windows Infrastructure
- Office 365 Suite including MS Teams
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Exchange
- Intune
- Maintaining servers
- Network Security
