IT Technical Support Engineer / Software Support Analyst required for my client based in Liss, near Petersfield for a permanent role paying £18-22k
My client offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week at home)
You will need own transport.
You will be working as part of a team within the operations department, you will be providing support to a large client base through email and on the telephone.
Your role will involve working closely with other departments including Sales, R&D and Development as well as speaking with clients and 3rd party suppliers.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
• Working alongside the existing Support team to respond and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
• Aid the Implementation Consultants by assisting where necessary on implementations, following up with IT and clients as required and take part / lead in client training.
Full training will be provided, however an interest or base knowledge in databases and SQL would be advantageous.
Ideal Candidates will have the following:
• Experience of working within Technical Support
• Interest in Coding and database management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Degree or equivalent in IT related discipline
