What will you be doing?

  • Managing a team of onsite engineers in delivering the installation of the Hyperoptic 1GB Network across the multi dwelling sector
  • Understanding the business targets and ensuring the team understand what is expected of them in terms of task delivery when onsite.
  • Be responsible for the safety of the team, members of the public and the Hyperoptic brand
  • Hold regular tool box talks with team members to ensure compliance and standards are always met

What are we looking for?

  • Any network related Qualifications (Industry recognised or internal courses)
  • Extensive experience within Telecommunications Industry
  • Experience of working on Retro and New build sites and will understand the safety parameters across each area in particular CRM Regulations
  • Fault Finding across a multitude of areas.(Switches / Terminating/ Cabling)
  • Ability to overcome difficult problems
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Tenacious and determined to deliver results
