2nd Line Support Engineer

My client, who are a rapidly growing manufacturing organisation, are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team, in a fast-paced, energetic, and creative environment, working with the latest technologies.

This is a great opportunity to join at a time of rapid growth as my client have a huge, global demand for their products.

This role will be office based with on-call 1 week of every month and you will receive an extra £200 per month for this. Other benefits include; 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, option to buy holidays scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, retail discounts and free secure parking.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with support requests via the Ticketing system
  • Supporting key stakeholders as required with systems requirements and issues
  • Working across the full spectrum of IT systems and support
  • Supporting new systems implementations and development

Experience

  • Experience working in a small support team with the confidence to work on own initiative and manage a busy and diverse workload, ideally global.
  • Strong windows server experience
  • Strong Hyper-V experience
  • SonicWALL experience
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Azure experience
