HEAD OF FIELD

Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Field to join the business. This position is based at our Head Office in Knowsley.

As a Head of Field, you will be responsible fordeveloping Fibre Network Build Operations across the patch to enable maximum flexibility and multi-skilling.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Provides transformational leadership, guidance and support to the whole team
• Fosters innovation in operational processes and practices to create an environment of shared best practices across the team
• Ensures all team members are skilled, kitted and accredited to the standards expected by the client
• Work with MJQ Support Services to ensure that resources match demand and the unit operates within budget constraints
• Manage the team within the budget constraints and seek every opportunity to reduce cost and maximise bottom-line revenue growth
• Deliver the full suite of client metrics and expectations.
• Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the client's regional operational teams encouraging collaboration and best practice.
• Deliver Quality and Safe Working in the network and act as a role model for the values and behaviours expected within MJQ

Desirables:

• Knowledge of Openreach Fibre Build
• Strong telecoms experience
• Understanding of Depotnet System
