£70,000 - £80,000 plus package

"Simon, we've moving into the next phase of the product team strategy and I need a number two, someone who can take the reins of an important product set and line manage a team of three other Product Managers. The product team has been built carefully over the last eighteen months; there are solid foundations with a great PO team who keep the day-to-day moving as well as a brilliant PM team, each experts in their own product. Product is there to move things forward, listen, prioritise, qualify, quantify, educate, support, drive the vision, the message and the product and deliver the end-to-end solution. You create the conditions for your department to be successful.

We need product experts, visionaries and those that are passionate about software and being the bridge between teams that drive the product forward.

We need brilliant people who can take the reins of very large, very important products as well as sending the lift back down and coaching colleagues to be the best they can be.
