My Client are a leading Cyber company based in London and they are looking for a 2nd/Line IT Support Engineer that is customer focused and a natural problem solver.
Your role will be to provide day to day support and assist in the delivery of projects.
This is a permanent opportunity paying a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
Professional/Technical Skills Needed:
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and own issues
Desktop ticket management
Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems - W10 upwards
Active Directory - user mailbox creation and administration
Desk moves and hardware fixes.
Office 365 systems.
Excellent communication skills written & verbal
Working on customer sites as well as to attend our data centres as and when required.
