All consultants are able to be home based, however as their client offices are spread throughout the UK, you must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week when restrictions allow.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Analyse & identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather and understand client functional requirements
• Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Identify creative workarounds without the development of custom code
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications
• Train client personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and technical training)
• Develop high level project work plans
• Lead technical discussions with clients
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies
• Staff development & coaching
