Graduate Business Development Representative Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £25,000-£28,000
- Y1 OTE of up to £49,000 ( potential to be more should you succeed within the role)

Graduate Business Development Representative Role:
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with prospects
- Research, create and develop targeted prospect lists, and generate new leads through proactive prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels
- Qualify marketing leads and set-up meetings for senior members of the sales team- once you are confident within your role, you will have the opportunity to run the meetings you book
- Maintain relationships and communication with existing clients, understanding what new challenges they may have, and how they are looking to solve them with the view to identify up-sell opportunities
- Execute on marketing campaigns to increase new user acquisition and qualify inbound prospects and customer enquiries
- Manage the company CRM system, updating company and contact details, as well as recording sales leads and sales activity
Graduate Business Development Representative Requirements
: - Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a sales/target-driven environment
- Organised, with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
