Our client an industry leading online technology brand is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager to deliver operational management expertise working with account managers, product teams and marketing department to ensure clients are using software to its maximum and fully utilising the online platform. This will also include assistance with the implementations and integrations with case management systems and third party software packages.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to organise operational work effectively, juggle competing demands/changes
- Experience working with and improving functionality of team output
