About the opportunity:We now have an excellent opportunity for an Integration Scheduler, who will be part of the bp Solutions Transformation & Integration (T&I) area and will help build an integrated picture of activity phasing across bp Solutions (bp's production and operations centralized delivery organization). In this role, you will have the great opportunity to work closely with resource leads in T&I and the other T3 organization to understand resource loading and constraints.

About the role:In more detail, some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the development of an integrated schedule of activity throughout bp Solutions through Quarterly Business Reviews and OKR (objective and key results) deliverables
- Optimize transparency of deliverables identified in OKRs and develop standardized reporting metrics for leadership
- Support a consolidated view of activities in partnership with other bp P&O entities
- Liaise with resource leads to identify prioritization requirements, resource capacity and constraints, informed through KPIs and metrics
- Develop enterprise level scheduling of multiple portfolios to cascade to all areas of bp Solutions
- Manage information and data through scheduling and backlog management tools (Primavera P6, Azure DevOps)
- Integrate waterfall and agile ways of working through different stage gates of operations
About you:You will have a Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Economics, Science or Engineering or relevant experience.
It would also be essential that you have:
- Solid experience in scheduling multi-functional activity, managing constraints and interdependencies
- Grounded understanding of the energy industry with preferred experience working in areas such as projects, engineering, operations, maintenance and reliability, logistics, subsea, renewables or TAR
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
- Advanced skills using software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerBI, Azure DevOps, or MS Excel including use of dependencies, cost loading and resource allocation
- Experience developing, implementing, and enhancing processes through the continuous improvement cycle
