About this role
We have helped our Client rapidly expand their Technology Team over the last 6 months, hiring 15+ fantastic people into their IT Team, from Graduates through to Senior Software Developers.
As part of their exciting growth plans and a big increase in employee headcount, our Client needs an additional IT Support Analyst to provide tech support to 200+ users (employees) based all around the UK and out of their Sheffield Office.
You will be tasked with providing telephone, remote, in-person, and live chat support, whilst getting involved with IT Projects such as software installations, system upgrades, and hardware fixes.
We are looking for an entry-level candidate with first-class people skills who is extremely keen and open to learning. The ideal candidate will hold an IT Qualification such as an A-Level, BTEC/HND/CompTIA.
Our Client will provide full training for the right person, but a lot of self-learning will be needed for you to succeed in this role.
