You will be working as a Lead DevOps Engineer for a leading provider of Employee assessment programs. Their SaaS based platform provides tools that allow Companies to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their employees, as well as design bespoke programmes that provide excellent and sustainable development solutions.

On top of this they also offer Pre-employment assessment tools. They provide over 30 million Assessments per year to
over 150 countries

This is a hands-on role and will be a mix of Technical and Leadership duties. This would suit someone who would like to use their technical skills but also expand into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a DevOps Engineers and Cloud Infrastructure Engineers to plan and architect projects
• Deliver internal projects, sometimes working alongside a project manager.
• Using technical skills and experience to provide guidance and ensure all aspects of a solution are considered, such as security, resilience, performance, cost optimisation, monitoring, documentation, etc.
• Breaking down projects, estimating effort and writing stories.
• Working with other technical and non-technical teams and senior staff.

This role is fully remote paying up to £90,000
