A global technology leader in Enterprise Resource Planning who is dedicated to helping businesses drive growth are looking for a star player to take on a new Project Manager role within the team.

With over nearly 5 decades of industry experience behind them, their modern, industry-specific software helps customers boost efficiency and productivity by simplifying and automating everyday processes. They have a stellar team of nearly 4,000 worldwide employees, who are passionate about building exceptional products and solutions through teamwork, constant innovation, and integrity.

The ideal Project Manager candidate would have a software-focused background and 5+ years of ERP experience, either an an end-user Project Manager or as an IT Manager who has implemented ERP/s.

You would be joining a close-knit, diverse project management team of 6 and stepping in at a mid-senior level, with ambitions to become a Senior Project Manager within 18 months. You will have:

• Multitasking capabilities - you will be working on 4-6 projects at any given time and will need to be able to task switch in a fast-moving environment under pressure
• Team building skills - you must be inclusive and personable
• An understanding of MRP functions
• Decision-making abilities
• Strong communication skills to involve other team members and keep everyone updated
• Change management skills

This Project Manager position is offering £50,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and remote working is possible, with only a fortnightly office co-working day required in Warrington, and client visits 2-2.5 days a week on average across the UK.
